Where is the venue located?
The 2026 WISE International Convention & Gala is held at the Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City, located at 555 Universal Hollywood Drive, Universal City, California 91608. It’s centrally situated near Universal Studios Hollywood with easy access from major freeways.
What is the best way to fly in?
The closest airport to the venue is Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR), just a short drive from the Hilton — making it the most convenient option if available from your city. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is the largest hub with the most flight options, though it’s about 30–40 minutes away depending on traffic. From either airport, you can reach the hotel easily via rideshare, rental car, or taxi.
Where should I stay if I come from out of town?
We recommend staying at the Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City — the same hotel where the convention is held. As a WISE convention attendee, you’re eligible for up to 15% off room rates. Email support@wise.org to receive your discounted booking details. You’ll also receive the code upon purchase of your ticket.
Where do I park?
WISE International will be validating Self-Parking for this event. We will provide you with a parking validation upon registering. Please make sure to hold onto both your original parking voucher and the validation throughout the day. Upon exiting the self-parking lot, you will scan your original parking voucher followed by the validation that was handed to you and the gate will open. Please note, validations are good for one-time-use only.
Where do I go once I've arrived at the Venue?
Once you arrive at the Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City, head to the registration desk to check in and collect your badge. Signs will be posted throughout the hotel to guide you to all convention areas.
Will I receive a physical ticket?
No physical ticket will be issued. Once your registration is confirmed, you’ll receive a digital ticket via email with a QR code. Please have it accessible on your phone when you arrive for a smooth check-in experience.
What food is available at the Conference?
Lunch and dinner are provided on Friday, and lunch is included on Saturday. If you’d like to venture out, the Universal City area is surrounded by a fantastic variety of restaurants — plenty of great options just steps away from the venue.
How do I become a sponsor?

What is the Conference dress code?
For the convention sessions on Friday and Saturday, business casual attire is recommended. The Saturday evening Gala is a formal occasion — think cocktail dresses, suits, or evening wear. We encourage you to dress to celebrate!
